Dennis A. Schulze is an experienced attorney who
has practiced in Union County for more than thirty
years. Mr. Schulze founded Midland Title Agency in
1982. He is a title agent for First American Title
Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance
Company.

Frank Howard, a Union County native, has
practiced law for more than twenty-five years. He is
known throughout central Ohio for his expertise in
title issues and resolving title defects. Mr. Howard
is the primary legal advisor for Midland Title
Agency of Union County, and is also a title agent
for First American Title Company and Old Republic
National Title Insurance Company.
